SHOW UP IN RED, SPEAK OUT, SAY NO TO:

2-3 MILES OF ADDED BUMPER TO BUMPER CARS/RVs/BOATS/TRAILERS ON ALREADY OVER CAPACITY, DANGEROUS WILDFIRE EVACUATION ROUTES  FOR YOU AND YOUR NEIGHBORS (Remember the 1999 Jones Valley Fire evacuation debacle)

MISCALCULATED, UNLIKELY, UNRELIABLE SUPPLEMENTAL WATER TO THE BELLA VISTA WATER DISTRICT IN DROUGHT YEARS

AN ONSITE COMMUNITY WASTE TREATMENT SITE MANAGED BY A HOA THAT LACKS GOVERNMENTAL OVERSIGHT, AND IS UNDERFUNDED AND OVER TASKED

A RE-ZONING AMENDMENT THAT SETS A PRECEDENT FOR URBAN SPRAWL IN RURAL PALO CEDRO/BELLA VISTA (Other developers are watching what happens to Tierra Robles)

All the Environmental Impact Reports are available for review/download on the County’s website at: https://www.co.shasta.ca.us/index/drm/planning/eir/tierra-robles  OR The County can mail you a thumb drive with all the Tierra Robles FEIR documents – please use this link to contact Paul Hellman with your name and address: phellman@co.shasta.ca.us

If you find the County’s responses lacking in any way it is critical to put your concerns in writing to Paul Hellman BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 14TH or make those concerns known at the Hearing itself. It’s most effective to write or voice specific facts and personal experiences/impacts related to the FEIR and Tierra Robles.
